    The
    President called the Iraqi list, Iyad Allawi, Prime Minister Nuri
    al-Maliki to resign and early elections to solve the country's problems
    dramatically.

    Allawi said in a speech addressed to the Iraqi
    people said "call for early parliamentary elections, and support the
    call for early elections, Maliki, through his resignation, and formation
    of an interim Government by the House under the stewardship of the
    United Nations".

    "The Government must resign to Iraqi political
    forces to resolve the problems, and achieve balance and equity among the
    Iraqi people."

    Allawi, Al-Maliki addressed in his speech by
    saying I support your call for early elections, provided that
    resignation, to political forces to resolve the problems and crises in a
    radical way, urging the Alliance to "convince Al-Maliki to resign and
    nominate another personality within the National Alliance".

    The
    head of the Iraqi list events "the right and the need to continue a
    Salimi", calling for "a balance in all State institutions and the
    release of innocent detainees and prisoners, abolish some laws that have
    caused harm to the Iraqi people as the law 4 terrorism, accountability
    and justice."

    And in Anbar province and several other provinces
    demonstrations protesting the arrest of protecting financial Minister
    Rafe Al-Issawi on charges of contributing to the terrorist operations,
    they also demanded the repeal of article 4 of the Constitution and
    terrorism, the release of all prisoners and detainees in Iraqi prisons,
    while Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki in a statement on the demonstrators
    to stay away, wary of the demands that reflect the trends designed to
    undermine the political process kalghaa laws which are outside the
    framework of the legislative authority such as the return of the Baath
    party and the release of convicted terrorists

    The killing of innocent
    people and violence, kidnapping, and warned against "being drawn into
    civil disobedience and calls out demonstrations of the constitutional
    context". Ended.

    Maliki can resign AFTER he signs those 9 agreements with Kuwait for all I care
