[ltr]Mutlaq said in a televised statement, that " the crowd to pass the law in Parliament as a foundation for a parallel army of the Iraqi armed forces."[/ltr]
[ltr]It is said that the political "Sunni blocs , " rejected the legislation of the popular crowd Act.[/ltr]
