Jubouri said during the celebration of the Islamic Dawa Party in Baghdad, said that "national responsibility imposes on everyone 's capacity to rally and mobilize energies and focus in a national draft omnibus achieve what we could from state institutions to respect the law and work for the freedoms and rights."
