    He revealed the teacher for a "declaration of new areas in the next few days will also include the processing of electricity 24 hours after signing the contract to them." 
    With regard to the pricing of bills for power consumption and Etjezh citizen for 24 hours according to the project service, maintenance, collection corporate investment contracts, he said the teacher said , "The Ministry of Electricity and since the first day of the referral power distribution investment sector made clear the benefits of the project to the government and the ministry for the investor as well." 
    " The investment will be the same tariff established by the Ministry of Electricity in which government support for low - income and low consumption rate of up to 94%." 
    And the teacher said , "pricing tariff be in the first 500 units per kilowatt an hour which is equivalent to 5 amps accounts citizen five thousand dinars , and the same price for 500 second unit, and the third multiply and be 15 amperes to 20 thousand dinars, and the fourth is also multiply and be 20 amp b 40,000 dinars , thus doubling up with the high volume of energy consumption. " 
    And the teacher said , "Tariff will be subsidized and sack citizen from neighborhood generators will be dealing with a specific hand , represented the investor", adding that " the role of the investor will represent the Ministry of Electricity will be his duty only conduct maintenance operations and collection of wages energy and follow the sales process and is the basis for ending the Aldhaiat of energy." 
    He continued , spokesman for the Ministry of Electricity " The production capacity of the electrical system currently stands at 14 thousand and 500 MW, but currently there generating units within the rehabilitation program and the maintenance programmer to take advantage of the low loads for maintenance and we have out of service up to 4000 MW within this program and will enter new units assigned to the system in a few days the next. " 
    While confirming Commission projects in the governorate of Baghdad, on Sunday, that the electricity distribution network in the capital Baghdad expired 15 years ago, and as pointed out that a lot of area networks can not afford energy - saving for 24 with , as referred to the investment, stressed the need repair and replace dilapidated networks.

    Cabinet also voted at its meeting last Tuesday, on the formation of an ad hoc committee in the Ministry of Electricity to pay contractors in the area of collection and in line with the strategy that we have to provide electricity for 24 hours for citizens.
