Investment of Dhi Qar: Kuwaiti-Australian company looking to build a residential complex in Nasiriyah

Street- announced investment of Dhi on received an offer from
Australian company aozghalf Kuwaiti investment in the province by
building a large residential complex in the southern Iraqi city of
Nasiriyah.
The Commission said in a statement faxed to the news
(and the street) a copy of it: the company representative visited
Commission headquarters in Nasiriyah and met with its President Loai
goodness of God, and offered him the initial designs for the draft
integrated residential complex in the southern Iraqi city of Nasiriyah.
The
statement said the project will be carried out on the area of 150
dunums in the area almstavauet in Nasiriyah, featuring 308 horizontal
building housing units and 200 m 2 per housing unit.
And: that
the project also includes the building of schools and kindergartens and
mosque, and Mall and other services, indicating that the achievement of
three years by the feasibility study submitted by the company.
The
company said Kuwaiti aozghalf Australian preliminary memorandum of
understanding was signed on the 26 of December of last year with an
investment of Dhi Qar to create an integrated residential complex
