[ltr]Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Parliamentary Finance Committee discussed the General Budget of 2014,[/ltr]
[ltr]A statement by the Committee received by IraqiNews.com cited “The Committee held a meeting on last Saturday headed by MP, Ahmed Faydh Allah, in presence of the members of the committee and its advisors where they discussed the merits of the presidency in 2013 and agreed upon sending a letter to the presidency that includes the notes of the Financial Observation Divan and the procedures that it will follow regarding this issue.”[/ltr]
[ltr]“The Committee has also discussed the General Budget of 2014 and agreed upon forming sub committees to discuss the allocations of some ministries and their plans for the next year,” the statement added.[/ltr]
[ltr]“The Committee decided to discuss the first amendment of the Service law and the law of the Retirement of the Security forces in its next meeting,” the statement concluded.[/ltr]
