He noted that "several key themes , including the need for the distribution of part of the oil resources directly to the people in application of the constitutional material ownership of the people of the oil and gas, and distribution of many of the assets of the state of the land and the plants and buildings, either for free reconstruction and reclamation condition, or at nominal cost, prices or investment, according to the cases. "
He stressed the need to give the work in the private sector the same public sector workers rights, especially in subjects retirement security , etc.
