Transportation vows violators "taxi prices" deterrent measures

The Ministry of Transport has vowed to violators of the conditions and regulations of the ministry on transport prices deterrent measures, stressing that the disparity in transport fares individual actions have nothing to do with the ministry directions.
The official said the ministry's spokesman Salim Moussa told «News Journal», said Thursday that "the disparity in the prices of private transport modes (taxi, kyat, Alkostrut) is considered an individual's actions" do not reflect the efforts of the ministry's effort to hold the abusers.
He noted that "there are certain circles in the company's transport handles the task of determining transport fares in modes of private transport," he said, adding, pricing car tracking type and size.
"The ministry has identified the price of taxis in respect of taxis (Kia) thousand dinars inside Baghdad, while Asaralajrh in the outer roads vary according to the type and size of the wheel."
