    He added that "the World Bank will support the activities of the Fund by $ 50 million in the form of a loan to Iraq for a period of three years and was agreed first applied in the provinces of Muthanna, Salah al-Din and Dohuk, with the support of representatives from civil society organizations and professors of universities and the private sector."
