Labor announces recovery of 59 billion dinars from beneficiaries of microcredit

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs announced on Monday the recovery of the amount of (59) billion dinars of beneficiaries of loans for small income-generating projects.
A spokesman for the Ministry of Labor, Ammar Menem, said in a statement received that "the refunds were the result of vigorous efforts by the staff of the Department of Employment and Loans to adopt an effective follow-up mechanism," noting that "the Department was able to recover 59 billion dinars until the middle of 2017 These amounts will be recycled to new loans to other beneficiaries. "
He added that "the Ministry will launch in the coming days the twenty-second meal of loans to support small projects for eligible registered in the database of the Department with a total of (7788) beneficiaries in Baghdad and the provinces.
The Ministry of Labor grants loans within the program to support small projects and the national strategy for poverty alleviation as well as loans for industrial services, and all these loans are submitted through the website of the ministry. Ending / 25
