Saad al-Hadithi said on Saturday that the budget will be sent to the Iraqi parliament to enter into discussions, indicating that the figures and data in the draft budget subject to amendments, and that the government put in the budgets of 2016, 2017 and 2018 financial cover specific to the popular mobilization, not increased in the next budget.
