Jubouri is awaiting a parliamentary "inquiry" after returning from Washington

MP for the coalition of state law Ahmed al-Badri, on Sunday, the intention of the deputies to submit a "query" to Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri on statements made in Washington on the survival of US forces in Iraq, expressing his surprise at these statements and timing.
"The statements made by Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri on the need for US forces to stay in Iraq coinciding with the end of the Dahesh and seek to secure the border efforts by security forces is surprising and disrespectful," al-Badri said in a statement.
He added that "these claims are not taken formally and does not represent the House of Representatives at all but is considered personal and does not carry any political value."
Al-Badri said that "the deputies will submit an inquiry to al-Jabouri immediately after his return from Washington to justify his position and issue an official statement on his statements in which he supported the survival of US forces in Iraq." Ending / 25 d
