    Khadr pointed out that "the appointments were shared between the parties and tribes, part of which went to members of the provincial council and another to members of the House of Representatives and members of the executive government as well as parties and sheikhs influential tribes." 
    He called for action to "stop the appointment outside the legal frameworks and controls and the disclosure of the bodies and figures involved." 
    Khadr noted that "the appointments were aimed at avoiding security breaches and strengthening the security forces after the terrorist bombings in the restaurant Fadak and external control on the road to Nasiriyah - Samawah mid-September 2017."
    About 2,000 members of the Awakening in Dhi Qar recently received salaries for three months with a total amount of (750,000 dinars), without starting or knowing where they will live in the future, what many citizens considered part of the electoral mobilization by influential political parties In the province. 
    For his part, the head of the provincial council Hamid al-Ghazi told the "range", "The provincial council has already issued a decision to stop the procedures for the appointment of Awakening, which was conducted through influential political figures and tribal sheikhs outside the legal frameworks, and we addressed the Prime Minister's Office and instructed the governor of Dhi Qar to stop those Measures".
    Al-Ghazi added that "the governor of Dhi Qar, during his hosting by the provincial council for the purpose of clarifying the appointment of Awakening, presented to the Council a letter from the Prime Minister's Office indicating that the grades of the votes are not announced and have a special method.     Al-Ghazi denied that "the provincial council has officially participated in the distribution or sharing of the Awakening appointments," adding that "some members of the Council may have participated in this in his personal or political capacity. 
    "The provincial council confirms the renewal of its rejection of the principle that was the appointment of this number of Awakening in an undeclared and suspicious manner, which is far from professionalism and integrity."
    He explained that "there is a very important matter, which is that all the names received and submitted to Baghdad raised through the province and some political figures and some tribal sheikhs, and not related to the provincial council for security nearby and not from afar and by the mechanism followed to appoint.
