In a written statement, Sven Dzaii, spokesman for the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG), said on Wednesday 3/1/2018 the latest statements of Haider al-Abbadi,

1 - After the Iraqi government cut the budget of the Kurdistan region in early 2014, the Kurdistan Regional Government began exporting oil and since that date and until today, the Kurdistan region's oil imports acted to secure the salaries of the staff of the region

4 - After the sixteenth of October for the year 2017 until the end of the year, the total exports of oil in the Kurdistan region was (265) thousand and (970) barrel was not sold at the price of the Brent, and that the directions did not reach Trliony dinars, as claimed by Mr. Abbadi.
5 - Ministry of natural resources of the Kurdistan region since 2014 until the end of 2016 has presented the monthly report for the production and sale of oil revenues, and since the beginning of 2017, the global company (Deloitte) audit the process as a whole, and in a few days will publish the report for the first six months of 2017, and the figures published by the Iraqi Ministry of Oil and refers to the Prime Minister, which did not pass the audits are the figures in question, because the membership of Iraq since 2016 to date has been suspended in the International Transparency Initiative (EITI) because of non-implementation of the criteria of transparency in oil .
6 - The amount required for the salaries of one month for employees of the Kurdistan region is more than (850) billion dinars, and after the savings saved the total amount remains about (600) billion dinars for one month. However, Mr. Abbadi says that the salaries of employees of the Kurdistan Region amounts to (300) billion dinars only. And estimated oil revenues of the Kurdistan Region for the last three months of 2017 B (544) billion Iraqi dinars and according to the price of the Brent !. At a time when the oil of the Kurdistan region and Iraqi oil are not sold at the price of the Brent !. We do not know what the sources of this information is incorrect for Mr. Abadi and how can he be sure ?!

In addition, only in the Iraqi budget bill for the year 2018 has been allocated the amount of (28) trillion and (770) billion dinars as expenditures of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil and financial dues of the oil companies operating for the federal government, and there are no allocations for financial dues of oil companies operating in the Kurdistan Region , And forced the Kurdistan Regional Government to export (250) thousand barrels of oil per day.
8 - In the Iraqi budget for the year 2018 has been allocated (334) billion dinars for the salaries of the Kurdistan region, not equal to half the amount required for the salaries of the Kurdistan region with the application of the savings system, this proportion of Iraq's federal budget for the year 2017 was equivalent to (497) billion dinars, The reduction is not known, whereas the number of employees is the same and there were no changes in their salaries and allowances.
9 - In conjunction with cutting the budget of the region in early 2014 stopped the Iraqi Oil Ministry to send oil products to the Kurdistan region, which is a constitutional rights under the proportion of the population has the right to benefit from where it needs (300) million liters of fuel, but the federal government has sent (30) ) Million liters only, in addition to the non-receipt of farmers in the Kurdistan region for their financial dues from 2014 until 2017, which amounts to (733) billion Iraqi dinars.
10. With regard to the delivery of medicines, since 2015 until today, the Kurdistan region has not received 100% of his share never received, which did not exceed the rate of 60%.
11. With respect to the salaries of certain designated directorates, such as dues, nationality and residence. These are already federal circles in the Kurdistan region and under the constitution, their salaries are on the Iraqi government. If we take the Directorate of dams as a model, the number of its employees is (429) employees only and the amount of one month's salary is (389) million dinars.
