{Baghdad: Euphrates News} Iraqi financial control committees arrive in Erbil tomorrow for the purpose of auditing the salaries of the ministries of education and health in the Kurdistan region.
The Director General of Planning in the Ministry of Health in the province of Vian Mohammed, "The Iraqi financial control committee to check the salaries of employees of the ministries of education and health will arrive in Erbil on Monday, and will come to Erbil from Kirkuk, and meets first in private with the Ministers of Health and Education , Then start its work.
A delegation from the ministries of health and education in the Kurdistan region has carried to Baghdad the payroll lists of the employees of the two ministries for the month of December 2017 to be audited at the request of Baghdad, and the delegation of the Territory to two visits to Baghdad so far.
On Saturday, the head of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Nejirvan Barzani arrived in Baghdad, where he met with Prime Minister Haider al-Abbadi, and the salaries of the employees of Baghdad were discussed by the two sides during their meeting.
According to a statement issued by the Kurdistan Regional Government that the meeting dealt with the latest developments in the talks between the committees of Erbil and Baghdad on the issues of salaries and border crossings and airports in the Kurdistan region, and was stressed the continuation of those talks.
Baghdad has formed ten committees to audit the salaries of the ministries of health and education.
According to the statistics, the number of employees of the Ministry of Health is 51 thousand, while the number of employees of the Ministry of Education 168 thousand, and the total monthly salary of all employees of the two ministries together is about 200 billion dinars.
