(BNA) Lebanese President Michel Aoun on Tuesday left Rafic Hariri International Airport for Baghdad on an official visit to the Republic of Iraq at the invitation of President Fuad Masoum.
President Aoun is accompanied by the official Lebanese news agency An official delegation comprising ministers: Industry Hussein Haj Hassan, Interior and Municipalities Nihad Al-Mashnouq, State Anti-Corruption Affairs Nicola Tueni, Tourism Awadis Kedian, in addition to MP Agoub Bagradounian and a delegation of consultative, administrative and media to join the delegation in Baghdad Ambassador to Iraq Ali Habhab.
She pointed out that Aoun will meet infallible, "Prime Minister Haider Abadi and Speaker of the House of Representatives Salim al-Jubouri."
President Aoun and the accompanying delegation will travel from Baghdad to the Armenian capital of Yerevan on Monday for an official visit which will continue for two days at the invitation of his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sarkisian. The delegation will be accompanied by the Lebanese ambassador to Armenia, Maya Dagher.
