Israel to its staff: Speak in Persian
The Israeli Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem announced a new course for teaching Persian language, which invited diplomats and staff working in the ministry to participate in this session, which will consist of 30 educational meetings with 60 hours.
According to the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper, this is the second educational course announced by the Foreign Ministry to teach Persian, since the ministry held the first course of Persian learning about three years ago.
"Language learning in general, including Persian, is one of the most important daily tasks on the State Department's agenda. Language learning helps the ministry deepen understanding and knowledge about Iranian culture and society," said Director of Training at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Michael Strensky. , And the Iranian language is one of the most important languages for "Israel."
