Baghdad (news) .. Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Hussain al-Shahristani, said the five-year plan for the development of comprehensive national will create a balanced development of all economic sectors, calling for the need to adhere to professionalism and neutrality in the statistics, not to comply with the wishes of politicians.
