Allawi discussed with the President of the Judicial Council legal procedures to resolve electoral objections

Baghdad / ... Vice President of the Republic, Iyad Allawi, on Tuesday, during a meeting with the President of the Supreme Judicial Council Judge Faik Zeidan, the legal procedures to resolve the electoral objections
A statement issued by the Media Center of the Supreme Judicial Council and received by "Eye of Iraq News", that "Judge Faik Zaidan received Allawi and discussed the judicial procedures to resolve objections to the election results in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force."
The statement said that "the Vice President of the Republic expressed his full support to the judiciary in the performance of its functions in accordance with the law and to ensure that no interference by any party was his work."
The statement pointed out that "Allawi stressed the need to accept all the decisions issued by the judiciary being issued under the laws initiated by the House of Representatives." Finished
