"The bloc of victory is solid and unified in its policies, and it agrees to nominate Abadi as prime minister and there is no other candidate," spokesman Hussein al-Adli said in a statement.
Al-Adly pointed out that "victory is a national political project that represents the reform and reconstruction of the state and its institutions in a way that ensures that the stations of failure and corruption will be overcome and the will will be respected."
The Spokesman stressed that "the talks continue to form the largest parliamentary bloc, which has the responsibility of governance to meet the aspirations of the people and the interests of the country's highest at this critical stage."
