    Iraq ranks 3rd among Arab countries with 2017 exports

    Global trade volume reached about $ 35.4 trillion last year, while Arab countries accounted for 4 percent of $ 1.46 trillion. 
    The value of commodity imports to the world amounted to about 17.8 trillion dollars during the same year, Arab countries acquired about 706 billion dollars of them during the year.

    Egypt came third with $ 66.3 billion, followed by Algeria with $ 46 billion, Morocco with $ 45 billion, Kuwait with $ 33.6 billion and Iraq with $ 32.5 billion. 
    Jordan received $ 20.4 billion worth of goods, followed by Oman with $ 20.1 billion, Tunisia with $ 19.4 billion and Lebanon with $ 17.3 billion.
    The imports of Bahrain amounted to 9.5 billion dollars, followed by Libya with 8.2 billion dollars. The value of goods imported to Sudan reached 7.7 billion dollars, Yemen reached 6.6 billion dollars, Syria imported 4.8 billion dollars, followed by Djibouti with 4.2 billion dollars.
