A member of the National Coalition Nayef al-Shammari, Friday, the first session of the new parliament on the first of next September, while pointed out that the higher interests require political forces to "make concessions" to speed up the formation of the government.
Al-Shammari said in an interview that "after the ratification of the Federal Court on the results of the elections and the arrival of dialogues and understandings between political forces to advanced stages, the convening of the first meeting of the House of Representatives next may be on the first of next September."
Al-Shammari said that "political conditions, demonstrations and popular demands require the political forces to make concessions and give priority to national interests on narrow interests in order to speed up the formation of the government and other sovereign positions," stressing that "the situation does not tolerate more convulsion or intransigence of positions so as not to repeat the previous scene Of political crises exploited by terrorist groups, which has a significant impact on the economic and security situation in the country. "
The political scene in Iraq is a wide movement among the winning forces in the elections that took place on 12 May 2018 to form the largest bloc in preparation for its mandate to form the next government.
