    [rtl]Sumer News:[/rtl]
[rtl]Two groups of Iraqi forces, separately on Sunday night, reached an agreement to form the largest bloc in the new parliament, which will hold its first meeting on Monday.[/rtl]

[rtl]In the beginning, the alliances of Al-Nasr, Sawsoun, Al-Hikma and Al-Watania, in addition to other powers, reached an agreement to form the largest bloc of 177 deputies.[/rtl]

[rtl]The correspondent said that a number of smaller components and parties, which joined at the last minute to the new alliance, including the coalition of the Iraqi decision led by Osama Najafi, and Abron headed by Qassim Fahdawi and others, formed the largest bloc in the new Iraqi parliament.[/rtl]

[rtl]Note that the coalition "led" led by cleric Moqtada al-Sadr, and "victory" led by the current Prime Minister Haider Abadi, and the stream of "wisdom" led by Ammar al-Hakim, "national" led by Iyad Allawi.[/rtl]

[rtl]The joint statement of the new coalition, that "the Iraqi national decision stems from the interest of our country and in response to the demands of citizens, we agreed today to form the nucleus of an alliance seeking to form a parliamentary bloc that will be able to form a new Iraqi government."[/rtl]

[rtl]He added that "it was decided at this meeting to open up to our other partners to contribute together in the formation of this bloc .. The alliance is cross-sectarian and rejects quotas in all forms."[/rtl]

[rtl]The statement said that the new formation "seeks to contribute seriously and actively to form a government working hard to provide services and reconstruction and the return of displaced persons and the fight against corruption and spoilers."[/rtl]

[rtl]Later, an alliance of the rule of law led by Nuri al-Maliki and Fatah led by Hadi Amiri reached another agreement to form the largest bloc in parliament, under the name of "coalition of construction," which includes 145 deputies.[/rtl]

[rtl]Local media circulated a document listing the forces of the new alliance, which also included the alliances of "will", "the castle of the masses" and "Anbar our identity" and "competencies" and "Babylon" and the Shabak and part of the National Coalition and another part of the alliance victory.[/rtl]

[rtl]The new Iraqi parliament will hold its first session on Monday, the third of September, to choose a president and two deputies, and then be chosen to the President of the Republic, which in turn will cost the largest parliamentary bloc to form a government.[/rtl]

[rtl]According to observers, the United States supports through its embassy in Baghdad the alliance that included the "victory" and "Sason" and "wisdom" and "national" in addition to the "decision" which joined recently, while Iran supports the counter alliance, which includes a coalition of law led by Nuri al-Maliki And led by Hadi al-Amiri, who carried the name of the "building alliance".[/rtl]
