Deputy MP Abbas Aliwi, on Monday, the existence of parliamentary movement to prevent the Minister of Education Shaima al-Hayali of the swearing-in, indicating that the Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi and the head of the Arab project Khamis Al-Khangar deliberately passed Education Minister Shaima Hayali.
