The Ministry of Immigration intends to challenge the budget of 2019 at the Federal Court

The Ministry of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] announced its intention to appeal the Federal Supreme Court against the paragraph on the transfer of "440" billion dinars of relief and social aid from the allocations of displaced people to the liberated provinces, which were included within the budget in 2019.
He pointed out that the Finance Committee parliamentary review of the Ministry's allocations in the public budget Related to its plan to implement its projects, including grants for return, displacement and resettlement, which would encourage displaced persons to return to their areas of origin.
Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Jassim Al-Attiyah said in the statement that the funds allocated to the ministry by the parliament are not enough to meet some of the projects set by the ministry within its plan for the current year. He said that the ministry has more than two million displaced people distributed in the country's provinces.
