    Speaker of the House of Representatives Mohamed Halboussi called on Wednesday to attract Iraqi talent and minds abroad to benefit from them within the country in all fields.
    A statement issued by his office received a copy of which "the President of the House of Representatives Mohammed Halbusi met in London with a group of members of the Iraqi community."
    He stressed the importance of "attracting Iraqi talent and minds abroad to benefit from them within the country in all fields." He pointed out "the need to provide a free and dignified life for every Iraqi citizen, and the need to provide social justice and equal rights and duties to all; to ensure the return of our children to the homeland. After years of migration, hoping to see Iraqis serve and produce in their country. "
    He added that "Iraq is aimed at promoting openness to the Arab, regional and international environment in accordance with common interests and respect for mutual sovereignty; in order to advance the wheel of reconstruction and stability after the victory over the blood of Iraqis and sacrifices."
    He pointed out that "the war of Iraqis with their supporters and sacrifices against the extremist terrorist organization resulted in the unification of everyone and their solidarity, which led to the decline of the sectarian voice, the stage required us to be cohesive and solidarity, because we are in one compound not survive by one component or sect without another."
