[rtl]The legal expert Tariq Harb said on Monday that everything agreed between Iraq and Jordan contracts and approvals fall within the jurisdiction of the Prime Minister and not agreements need to be approved by parliament.[/rtl]

[rtl]"All the measures taken at the Trebil port by meeting between the prime ministers of Iraq and Jordan from the agreements, understandings and agreements to facilitate trade between the two countries are not considered as an agreement in the constitutional sense," Harb said on his official Facebook page. The preparation of a bill or a proposed law and legislation as a law and ratification by Parliament as required by paragraph IV of Article (61) of the Constitution.[/rtl]

[rtl]He added that the agreement "does not need to be ratified by the President of the Republic in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 73 of the Constitution, but is within the authority, authority and competence of the Prime Minister in accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Constitution as the official policy of the State. The ministry and the cabinet only. "[/rtl]

[rtl]"This is what Article (80) of the constitution refers to the Council of Ministers, so that what happened in Trebil goes beyond the authority of parliament and does not require its approval," Harb said.[/rtl]

[rtl]On Saturday, a number of agreements signed between the Jordanian government and the Iraqi government were announced at a formal meeting on the border between the two countries, chaired by the prime ministers of the two countries.[/rtl]
