An Iraqi security source revealed on Monday that the leader of the organization Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is still alive, and that inside the Syrian territory.
"Al-Baghdadi was transferred during the last two days in border areas between Iraq and Syria, and he is no longer going out with armed gangs or groups, but with some direct and indirect elements," RT quoted the source as saying.
He pointed out that "the map of the movements of al-Baghdadi has been completed by the Iraqi intelligence as well as the international coalition, and is not far from their eyes."
Local Iraqi media quoted an Iraqi intelligence source as saying that "al-Baghdadi is constantly moving in Syrian territory for fear of revealing his position."
The same sources pointed out that Baghdadi took off the Islamic turban he was wearing and wore modern clothes, so as not to be discovered by the citizens.
