Baghdad province composed of a central committee to complete all the belongings of the ration card file, confirming that managed by the local government will be during the seventh month of the year.
The Chairman of the Planning Commission, the Strategic Council Nizar Royal's (IMN), "The local government has formed a committee of high-level follow-up procedures file ration card with the Ministry of Commerce," explaining that "the Commission will work to develop a mechanism transfer of funds from the Ministry of Finance to the Council and to expedite the conclusion of the supply contracts share the ration. "
Royal added that "the Commission will step up a mechanism to give the amount of money to complete offers processing," pointing out that "the problem lies in the previous release was the predecessor to the financial offers processing, which affect the completion of vocabulary."
He explained that "the provincial council decided to wait to file the ration card until the completion of all the procedures in this regard."
The Cabinet decided earlier, file transfer ration card and the appended provincial assemblies.
