Economist calls for making academic competencies to keep pace with the labor market

He pointed out that the map of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] in [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] must take into account the need of the country to skilled labor absorbed by the labor market and not the random graduation of thousands of unemployed annually due to lack of job opportunities for their specialty .
He called for studying the methods of empowering graduates by engaging them in post-graduate training courses and enabling them financially through facilitating loans to start small projects that meet the need of society and reduce dependence on imports.
"Consumer protection and the activation of its laws will make it possible to establish profitable projects for the needs of the Iraqi market for products that can be manufactured locally, which provides a real job market for graduates," he said.
