    BAGHDAD - 
    The Secretary-General of the Iraqi National Congress Party MP Aras Habib Karim, on Saturday, the reasons for the lack of a complete government cab despite the passage of six months on the formation of the government. 
    Karim said in a statement received a copy of it, "The failure to complete the government cab despite the passage of six months on the formation of the government indicates the double-dealing by the political parties." 
    He added that "when all refuse to share and fight corruption, the output of that is supposed to be not to distribute sites and positions only on the basis of efficiency and professionalism," noting that "when we fail to complete the government cab despite the passage of six months, .
