    [rtl]The legal expert Ali al-Tamimi, on Tuesday, that the decision to lift the immunity of some deputies outside Iraq gives the right to bring them through Interpol, indicating the possibility of arrest at any border crossing or airport during their return.[/rtl]
    [rtl]Tamimi said in an interview, that the decision to lift the immunity   of any deputy comes after the issuance of an arrest warrant for the deputy being wanted”. He added  that "the deputies issued against them warrants of arrest can be returned to Iraq through Interpol and activate Iraq for diplomatic relations”.[/rtl]
    [rtl] He explained that after the lifting of immunity every security element has the right to arrest deputies at the entrance to any border or airport once they reach Iraq, stressing that "the second step legally after the lifting of immunity will generalize the arrest warrants for all ports, airports and checkpoints”.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The speaker of the House of Representatives issued a decision on Tuesday to lift the horse  from a number of deputies   on the basis of arrest warrants issued by the Iraqi judiciary.[/rtl]
