Considered the head of the coalition of state law and former Vice President Nuri al-Maliki, on Friday, not to appoint a vice-president of the Republic in violation of the Constitution because the Constitution stipulates that the president has one or more.
Al-Maliki said in a radio statement seen by him / information /, that "the failure to appoint a vice president of the Republic breach of the Constitution because the Constitution stipulates that the President has one or more" ”.
Al-Maliki pointed out that "President Barham Saleh talked more than once about his desire to be the head of the coalition of state law, Maliki first deputy him."
