    Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Khalid al-Jarallah expressed his country's desire to enter into negotiations with Iraq to demarcate the maritime border fully between the two countries, while denying the adoption of the Khor Abdullah agreement in this framework.
    Regarding Khor Abdullah's dispute with Iraq, Al-Jarallah affirmed that Kuwait seeks to demarcate the maritime border with Iraq after point (162). .
    Al-Jarallah said that "Khor Abdullah was demarcated in UN Security Council Resolution 833, but after point 162, the process needs to be negotiated and discussed between the two sides to demarcate the border in accordance with the rules of international law." A 43

    Kuwait's Deputy Foreign Minister Khalid Al-Jarallah expressed his country's desire to enter into negotiations with Iraq to demarcate the maritime border completely between the two countries, denying at the same time the adoption of the Khor Abdullah agreement in this framework.
    Regarding Khor Abdullah's dispute with Iraq, Al-Jarallah assured reporters that Kuwait is seeking to demarcate the maritime border with Iraq after point (162).
    Al-Jarallah said that Khor Abdullah was delineated in UN Security Council Resolution 833.
