The other was conducted in the German city of Bonn talks between a delegation of the Iraqi civil aviation authority with the German civil aviation authority for an amendment to the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides in 2009.
According to a statement by the information Office of the Ministry of transport to the German side during the talks provided a request to increase the number of German air carriers to become the No. 5 carriers instead of 3 for both parties, indicating that it was postponing approval of this request until the possibility of similar flights by Iraqi Airways, as the carrier.
