The

delegation of the Iraqi civil aviation authority with the German civil
aviation authority for an amendment to the memorandum of understanding
signed between the two sides in 2009.
According to a statement by
the information Office of the Ministry of transport to the German side
during the talks provided a request to increase the number of German air
carriers to become the No. 5 carriers instead of 3 for both parties,
indicating that it was postponing approval of this request until the
possibility of similar flights by Iraqi Airways, as the carrier.
