Learn about the law to cancel the financial privileges of state officials

[rtl]Baghdad / Al-Ghad Press:[/rtl]



[rtl]Al-Ghad Press publishes the law on the abolition of financial privileges for state officials.[/rtl]





[rtl]The Law on the Allocation of Financial Grant No. 13 of 2005 shall be repealed.[/rtl]



[rtl]- It is prohibited to allocate funds for treatment in the three presidencies and all other state institutions.[/rtl]



[rtl]- It is prohibited to allocate amounts for rent allowances to those covered by the provisions of this law to those who own a property in the province of Baghdad.[/rtl]



[rtl]- No more than 5 cars may be allocated to the three presidents, in addition to 4 cars for the vice presidents. There shall be no more than 1 car for each of the General Managers and those who are down.[/rtl]



[rtl]- The legal departments in the three presidencies are responsible for contracting all those covered by the provisions of this law from the elements of protection and following up their administrative and financial affairs.[/rtl]



[rtl]The hospitality allowances included in the salary lists of those covered by this law shall be canceled.[/rtl]



[rtl]- It is prohibited to lease aircraft to the three presidencies from the state treasury except for official delegations. The presidencies can use the presidential plane belonging to the ministers.[/rtl]



[rtl]- Reducing the entitlements of the delegate from the night allowance stipulated in the Travel and Travel Law by 50%.[/rtl]



[rtl]- The cash disbursement of fuel wages for cars belonging to the state and replaced with the cabins Alnisip to supply from fuel stations belonging to the Ministry of Oil.[/rtl]



[rtl]The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers shall issue instructions as follows:[/rtl]



[rtl]• Determine the quantities of fuel spent for cars and vehicles for all state institutions.[/rtl]



[rtl]• Determine the amounts allocated for hospitality and purchases in all state institutions.[/rtl]



[rtl]The provisions of this law shall apply to the President of the Republic, his deputies, the President of the Council of Representatives, his deputies, the Prime Minister, his deputies, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, the President and members of the Federal Supreme Court, the members of the Council of Representatives, ministers, heads of independent bodies, governors and agents Third degree upwards.[/rtl]



[rtl]Withdraw all protection regiments from the previous three presidencies, former ministers and political figures from 2003 to the present.[/rtl]



[rtl]The three presidencies shall issue instructions to facilitate the implementation of this law, each in accordance with its competence.[/rtl]



[rtl]The law was voted to reduce expenditures, abolish state privileges, ensure social justice and reduce disparities among the Iraqi people.[/rtl]
