What I'm gathering from this is the certification of the election is estimated to be delayed a week because of the appeals of the election and the lack of enough people to review them in the Constitutional ten day period. This IMO is not some orchestrated delay but simply an underestimation in quantity of the election objections... But then again what's a week? SO if I'm correct in this understanding then we will be waiting until the 17th +/- of this month for the federal court certification of the election.
