    MP expected the coalition of state law, Ibtisam al-Hilali, Monday, that the delay of passing the budget until February 2018 to the large differences and objections by the political blocs.


    Hilali said in a press statement, "The Finance Committee received many requests and proposals from the political blocs on the budget and there are strong objections to its terms."


    She added that "the House of Representatives will discuss all objections and make amendments and presented to the Government before passing to avoid being challenged by the government," noting that "the budget is likely to be delayed until February of 2018 to the differences on them." C

    Depends on whether or not you believe the budget requires a new rate, I believe the,upplementary budget is based on a new rate! That’s my onpion..we mniwnthey have said the supplementary budget has social welfare and reconstruction in it, and we know social,security takes effect jan 1 2018 along with new taxes! They have also,said amongst other things that social security is the key to economic reform. I would like to think Welfare, wages pushed through into the private banking network with the auctions ending is the key..
