Will he use "Allawi" who worked between Britain and Lebanon and who presented himself today as an independent ... the corruption documents he owns to gain the confidence of the street ..? !!

From a deputy in the first elected Iraqi parliament after the fall of Saddam Hussein's regime, to a communications minister, then to a prime minister.
This is the biography of the Iraqi Prime Minister-designate Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, but observers and analysts believe that it is not so simple. And the task will not be easy for him after a political crisis and ongoing protests in the country, and a sharp and clear division between the Iraqi political blocs.
Muhammad Tawfiq Allawi, who was assigned yesterday to form a new government in Iraq, will find before an uneasy mission, with a rising street four months ago in the face of power, calls to remove foreign forces from the country, and a sharp division between the political parties.
Allawi’s mandate came at the time of “lost time” for the deadline set by the President of the Republic, Barham Salih, for the political blocs to nominate a personality to head the government instead of resigning Adel Abdul Mahdi, before the president himself made a unilateral decision.
Allawi began his political career in 2003, when he was elected a member of Parliament in the post-Saddam Hussein regime, following the American invasion of the country.
He was appointed Minister of Communications in 2006 and resigned in 2007, and he returned in 2008 to replace a deceased deputy, and also won membership in the Council in 2010.
In the same year, he was again appointed Minister of Communications in the government of Nuri al-Maliki, but that period was not completed, and his political career was printed with his resignation from the government in August 2012.
On that day, Allawi accused al-Maliki, regardless of corruption, carried out by those close to him.
"I am confident that the people surrounding the owners are corrupt," he said at the time, in an interview with the French news agency in London, accusing the former prime minister of not taking any action against those close to him.
Allawi explained at the time that he possesses documents confirming the existence of illegal gains within the government, and that he will reveal them in due course.
And the Prime Minister-designate, if he possesses these documents, can use it today to gain the satisfaction of the street that rose up against the country's ruling class 17 years ago.
Iraq has been witnessing four months of unprecedented demonstrations against the government, which resulted in the authorities ’response to the deaths of about 480 people, most of them demonstrators as a result of violence in the capital Baghdad and the Shiite areas of the south.
independent?
Allawi, the Shiite, belonged to the "Iraqiya" list, which presents itself as a secular coalition, knowing that it represents the majority of Sunnis in the country, and is led by former Prime Minister Iyad Allawi, a relative of the former minister.
But Allawi, who worked in the production of electrical wires and cables and afterwards in the field of architectural design, contracting and trade between Britain and Lebanon, presents himself today as an independent.
However, this declared independence raises the street’s concern, as he previously fought the independents ’experience with Abdel-Mahdi, who reached the post in the same agreement between the two“ Al-Fateh ”factions led by Hadi Al-Amiri, and the“ Saeroun ”led by the Shiite cleric Moqtada Al-Sadr.
The opponents of Allawi, who graduated with architecture from the American University of Beirut in 1980, see that there is a similarity between him and Abdel-Mahdi.
Some of them point out that he is a figure with no program in state administration and no plan to stabilize the country.
An Iraqi political official told Agence France Presse that Allawi "will work to satisfy the parties that brought him to power because of his weak personality."
Hence, some people try to compare him with his predecessor, as Abdel-Mahdi fell in the test of forming a government that was not completed until a year after his appointment due to the political division, and when it was completed, the street dropped him.
And some bear it, like Abdul-Mahdi also, its fluctuations in affiliations, between the Islamists from the Al-Sadr family first and then the Dawa Party, all the way to the secular trend and its difference with the Islamic parties.
But it all depends on the ability of the designated president to manage the heavy legacy of the previous government, in addition to the pressure of the street, under the pressure of the tension between Iran and the United States, on the impact of China entering as a new power into the country.
