Disclosure of a prospective amendment to the retirement law

The Parliamentary Finance Committee confirmed on Monday that it will host the head of the General Retirement Commission to discuss the obstacles facing amending the General Retirement Law.
Member of the Finance Committee Magda Al-Tamimi said in a statement seen by him / the information: “There are many complaints from retirees received by the Finance Committee, including those concerning families and widows of the deceased among them, who were not covered by the increase in salaries, and other segments.”
Al-Tamimi added, "She is not convinced of the recent amendments to the retirement law, because it came without urgent study," stating that "the Finance Committee will host the head of the General Retirement Commission to know the problems of retirees."
Al-Tamimi stressed, "The law will witness an amendment of some of its provisions, in a manner that is commensurate with the demands of citizens and not dispense with expertise." Ended / 25
