    Yesterday, the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, Ali Shamkhani, arrived in the capital, Baghdad, at the head of a high-level security political delegation.

    Iranian media said that Shamkhani and his accompanying delegation intend to meet with senior Iraqi officials, headed by Barham Salih, the outgoing Prime Minister Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and Parliament Speaker Muhammad al-Halbousi, with the aim of holding talks on bilateral political, security and economic issues.
