, the victory coalition saw, on Monday, that naming a new candidate for Adnan Al-Zarfi for prime minister is a constitutional violation.
The coalition said in a statement received by / Mawazine News / a copy of it, that "the ongoing dialogues regarding the nomination of a new candidate for prime minister indicate a clear constitutional violation, at the moment of the issuance of the mandate from the presidency, which does not have the right to annul the mandate and go to a new taxpayer before the end of the constitutional period." .
He stressed that his participation in the dialogues "comes to emphasize the correct paths to resolve the crisis."
He referred to the necessity to "give the taxpayer his constitutional opportunity, in compliance with legal contexts and national solidarity." Ended 29 / A 43
