the leader of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Masoud Barzani, on Thursday, sent a message to the politicians of Baghdad and Erbil, after the approval of the federal budget.
Barzani said, in his message, Mawazine News received a copy of it: "The occasion for approving the federal budget in the Iraqi parliament is more severe at the hands of all Kurdish and Iraqi political parties."
And he added, "I thank the delegation of the regional government, the Kurdish blocs and other blocs in the Iraqi parliament, which, through their efforts and dedication, managed to reach a result through which the Kurdistan region's dues were proven in the federal budget."
He added: "Approval of the budget is a positive step in the right direction. We hope that it will be the beginning of strengthening the principles of dialogue and peaceful coexistence and re-establishing the foundations of true partnership between all Iraqi components." Ended 29 / A 43
