[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][size=15]MP Hassan Salem said, on Saturday, that the silence of the Al-Kazemi government about the Turkish invasion of regions in the Kurdistan Region is an indication of "collusion," calling on the political blocs to hold them accountable for the "flagrant violation" of Iraqi sovereignty.

[size=15]Salem's media office said in a statement today (April 24, 2021), that the latter "condemns the Turkish invasion of northern Iraq, which included the regions of Mina, Qandil, Afasin, Basian, Zab and Qara."[/size]
[size=15]Salem explained, "The Iraqi government's silence about this occupation is an indication of collusion with the Turks and acceptance of these attacks if not an arrangement with the Al-Kazemi government, and this is a clear failure by the government in its constitutionally stipulated duties."[/size]
[size=15]Salem demanded, according to the statement, "the political blocs to assume their responsibilities towards the government and hold it accountable for this failure, which is considered a blatant Iraqi sovereignty."[/size]
