BAGHDAD - Mawazine News
, the mayor of Al-Faw district, south of Basra, announced, on Saturday, the end of the sit-in for job seekers in front of the gate of the large Faw port and the lifting of the pavilion, after the promises of the Daewoo football company to find solutions to achieve their demands.
"The company has promised to start employing a certain percentage of the demonstrators within a month, while others will be employed in turn," said the FAO Commissioner Walid Al-Sharifi, in an interview with local agencies, pointing at the same time to "holding continuous meetings on this file."
