    {Local: Al Furat News} The Central Bureau of Statistics in the Ministry of Planning has completed more than two million and 600 thousand registrations for the job number, pointing to the implementation of three huge statistical surveys this year within the annual plan.
    The director of relations and media in the agency, Nidaa Abdel, said in a press statement, "The agency is working on preparing databases, following up on the receipt of the job number audit, completing the job number entries with a software system for auditing and systems engineering work in the localization of employee salaries, designing electronic forms on tablet devices, and training workers on the system. electronic archive".
    She added that "statistical surveys, which are usually sampling, aim to provide real indicators that are often closer to reality, as these indicators serve the purposes of scientific research and government institutions rely on them in developing their annual plans to provide services to citizens."
    Abdullah indicated that "the information is obtained from families, factories, commercial and industrial stores, hospitals, schools, universities and other governmental and non-governmental institutions, most of which include the governorates of Iraq, including the Kurdistan region."
    And she added, "The statistical surveys provide a clear national vision that depends on the actual reality and the complex and intertwined issues involved, as the work plan of the Central Statistical Organization for this year was characterized by the implementation of three huge statistical surveys using tablets, smart phones and the electronic form, including the integrated survey of the social and health conditions of women in Iraq, the household economic and social characteristics survey and the labor force survey, as well as other specialized surveys, including the survey of operating cost of taxis and the private sector and calculating the composite index of population and development according to solid scientific foundations that are keen to keep pace with economic and social changes and the creation of statistical data and indicators necessary for drawing up future plans and policies and development.”
    She stressed that "the device did not overlook the impact of the Corona pandemic on the economic and social situation of the family in Iraq, as it prepared an in-depth study on its impact on the family and society."
