He explained, "Between 2017 and 2019, great efforts began to implement the census by looking at the experiences of several countries in this event," noting that "the census that will be implemented in Iraq is electronic, and there are many countries that preceded us in this technology, such as Jordan, Egypt, Palestine and the Gulf, and we will start from Their starting point is except for their use of companies to implement it, while Iraq will depend on national cadres from the Information Technology Department in the Central Statistics Organization for its implementation.
Hadi stressed that "the commission will use some universities to evaluate the work, in addition to the security services to prevent any data penetration, in addition to working on many things silently."
He continued, "Six tribal experiments were carried out, the last of which was in Dohuk Governorate, and the last two experiments were completely electronic, and we are working on implementing other experiments to evaluate work and study the current situation in the country," noting that "there are many problems such as abuses, random construction, countryside, crowded gatherings, and issues of Others are taken into consideration, so that we are fully prepared to implement the census during the next year, after the final decision is issued to do so.
