    The Information/Baghdad..
The former member of the House of Representatives, Tafeka Ahmed, confirmed, on Sunday, that it is not possible to postpone the parliament session or violate the quorum for tomorrow regarding the election of the President of the Republic, indicating that the constitution will not allow the political mood to control the timings.
Ahmed said in a statement to "The Information", "Tomorrow is the date for the inevitable selection of the President of the Republic, and it cannot be manipulated constitutionally, as it is linked to several fateful issues in Iraq, and during the session, the position will be decided for one of the contenders."
Ahmed added, "Boycott a political bloc does not mean ending the work of the constitution and adhering to the timings at all. Rather, it requires the remaining parties to attend and vote for whomever he deems appropriate for the position."
She explained that "not choosing the president of the republic will lead to the collapse of the entire political process, as the current president of the republic does not have any powers, in addition to the prime minister, which carries the status of conducting daily business and the dysfunctional parliament without the presence of any laws sent by an elected government, which means a complete collapse of the economic and service system." and politics in the country.” Ended/ 25 D
