On Monday, the Presidency of Parliament issued a directive regarding the draft budget for 2022
"The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Muhammad al-Halbousi, directed the General Secretariat of the House of Representatives to address the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers to send the federal budget for 2022," the reporter of the Information Agency said.
And the House of Representatives, earlier today, turned the session for electing the President of the Republic into a deliberative session, after only 58 deputies attended.
